All rental garments must be returned to MHX Dancewear Too according to the return date listed on invoice and/or date received. In most cases, rentals must be returned within 5-7 days maximum, from date of receipt. A fee in the amount of the original rental charge will be charged for all late garments per week until returned not to exceed retail cost of the garment(s). MHX Dancewear Too has full authority to charge the card on file or retain the deposit, send an additional invoice, or collect upon receipt of the garment(s).

Payment is due in advance of receipt of the garments, unless prior arrangements are agreed upon by both parties. You may pay via cash, Zelle. money order, business or personal check.  If paying by credit card or Pay Pal a 3% fee will be added. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of order.

The replacement cost for lost or destroyed garments is the retail cost of the item(s). For items without a retail price, the fee is three times the rental fee. Paid rental fees do not apply toward replacement cost. MHX Dancewear Too has full authority to collect for any and all outstanding costs resulting from lost or damaged garments.

Dance garments are sent in the best possible condition; however, garments are used and may have small imperfections that do not affect the integrity of the performance. The renter agrees to accept the garments on an “as is” basis.

MHX Dancewear Too will do its best to accommodate size requests, but some small adjustments may be made.

Garments are to be returned to MHX Dancewear Too in the conditioned received, cleaned, unless customer decides to pay MHX Dancewear Too to clean them. Specialty items required ‘special’ cleaning; a fee will be automatically added in the rental price to accommodate for the cleaning. Any alterations made to the dance garment, such as pinning or light tacking / hemming, must be removed before returning to MHX Dancewear Too.

Renter agrees to pay all shipping and handling costs where applicable.

In the event you are dissatisfied with your garments, you may return them within (5) five days of receiving them for credit only, less a 10% restocking fee.

*New policy, effective 2024, all rentals are provided with a special hanger. We will charge $1.00 fee for any hanger not returned on the one provided or returned via a different type.  Clients also have the option to bring own hangers and/or via folded versus hanging.
