Exchanges

Custom Orders
We offer free adjustment for all custom orders. If not satisfied, we will offer an exchange or refund. All exchanges and returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of garment. Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing of some specialty items and to receive a credit.

Returns

RENTALS
Once rental items have been received, rentals are non-refundable. Items however can be exchanged, if available and in sufficient time/notice of event date.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Clearance, sample, and rental items (conditions apply, see rental agreement) are non-refundable.

PRODUCT CONDITION
All items must be unworn and in their original re-salable packaging with tags attached. Laundered items are non-refundable.
