How long do custom orders take?
Custom orders turn around time varies depending on total garments needs and design. You should allow 4-6 weeks for large orders and 2-4 for weeks small orders. In most cases, the delivery of fabric is one week unless a rush order is requested, extra fee may be required
What forms of payments are preferred?
Cash and Zelle is always preferred, Paypal and credit cards (service fee may apply not to exceed 3% of total order), checks (must allow 5-7 business days to proceed with order)
Do we offer alterations for garments other than MHX?
Unfortunately, we do not offer that service
Can we duplicate someone else design?
We do not copy or duplicate other styles nor do we want others to duplicate our designs
Can I return rentals if I decide not to use them?
We will only accept a return on a rental, if returned the same day unused or within 24 hours (notification has to be received and acknowledged) Rentals can only be cancelled in advance
Can rentals/customs be paid at a later date or prior to pick up?
All rentals/customs must be paid in full at time of receipt
